Maison Charlô Store has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Maison Charlô Store item, within the first 14 days after your order arrives, we will replace, refund or exchange your product.

 TO RETURN ITEMS

To return an item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return the item within 14 days. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return.

Maison Charlô Store uses Amazon's delivery and return services. If you want to return your order, you must send an email to contact@maisoncharlostore.com and request The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

The RMA contains the two sections below: The return label is a label that contains the address of the Amazon fulfillment center that will receive and process the return.

The Return Authorization Slip is a form that contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.

We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 business days to credit your card. If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning. Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Maison Charlô Store discretion.

Items marked down in price or categorized as a sale item as well as all Custom items are final sale.

DELIVERY FEES (SHIPPING CHARGES)

Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

MISSING ORDERS/PACKAGES

It is the customers responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from delivery date given by Amazon to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of Amazon claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.
